Why choose our products
The Wishing Tree was born as an extension of my own journey, moving away from mass-production to more sustainable, ethically sourced and locally produced goods. I started making soaps and body products for own use, then for friends and family, and now for you!
While we will start off with a few ranges of beautifully handcrafted soaps as the main focus, you will see other products pop up from time to time as the range expands.
I will make use of natural and naturally-derived ingredients as far as possible and will never list anything here that I'm not comfortable using on my own family.
Delivery & Returns
All in-stock items will be sent within two working days to allow for processing and packaging of your order. Any items on pre-order will be clearly indicated on the product page, along with the date by which we expect to be able to send the pre-ordered items. Like red wine, some of our products get better with age - to make sure we provide you with the highest quality, some of our products "rest" for up to 6 weeks before they are ready to be sent off to their new homes and used.
To make sure you receive your favourite products in time and in excellent condition, we have partnered with the most reliable courier companies. We are ready to entrust them with your orders and are always on your side if something goes wrong.
If any of the products you receive do not meet your expectations, please reach out and let us know about the problem! We would be happy to discuss returns or replacements of any eligible products.
